Zhejiang Longyuan Polymer Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in November 2003 with a registered capital of RMB 10.9435 million. Located in Guangchen Town Industrial Park, Pinghu City, the company sits at the core hub of the Yangtze River Delta, adjacent to Shanghai in the east and Hangzhou in the west. We are an integrated enterprise specializing in the design, R&D, manufacturing and sales of various polymer material products. Our main products include high-elasticity EVA, anti-static EVA, flame-retardant EVA, EVA packaging rolls, EVA sheets, laminated films for luggage, high-density foams and other related products, which are widely applied in luggage, footwear materials, packaging, advertising, education, construction and other industries.
The company has a total investment of nearly RMB 60 million. The total area of factory buildings and auxiliary facilities reaches approximately 47,697.34 square meters, encompassing office areas, R&D centers, pilot workshops, production workshops and warehouses. The original value of fixed assets exceeds RMB 30 million. Currently, our annual production capacity surpasses 50,000 cubic meters, with annual sales volume exceeding RMB 100 million and annual tax and profit contribution of over RMB 3 million. We have grown into a leading enterprise of EVA packaging materials in the local region.
The company currently employs 125 staff members, among whom 40 are technical personnel with college or above educational background, accounting for 32% of the total workforce. There are 30 full-time R&D personnel, taking up 24% of all employees. Through independent R&D over the years, the company has filed 48 national patents in total, including 25 authorized utility model patents and 3 authorized invention patents. In the past year, we newly applied for 15 utility model patents and 3 invention patents. We consistently optimize overall corporate management and strive to enhance core competitiveness via technological innovation. The company was accredited as a National High-tech Enterprise, Pinghu Municipal R&D Center, Jiaxing Municipal R&D Center and Zhejiang Provincial Technology-based SME in 2016. In 2017, it was recognized as Pinghu Municipal Patent Demonstration Enterprise and Pinghu Municipal Technology Center. In 2018, we successfully passed the assessment for the National Intellectual Property Standard Implementation System.
